Moira Kelly (b. 1999) is a Baltimore-based painter whose work investigates perception, consciousness, and the tension between presence and absence, using layered color and shifting spatial depth to suggest images that emerge and dissolve within the surface. Originally from Troy, New York, she began her formal training at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY before earning her BFA in Painting from Pratt Institute in 2023. Kelly is currently an MFA candidate in the LeRoy E. Hoffberger School of Painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Her work has been exhibited at the William Benton Museum of Art and Bushwick Gallery, with additional exhibitions at Greenpoint Gallery and the Arts Center of the Capital Region, among others.
